Terms of Use

Last updated: May 15, 2026

The short version: The site is free to use for personal and commercial projects. We provide it as-is, with no warranties. You keep the rights to whatever images and text you bring. Don't use the site to do illegal things.

1. The agreement

By using MakeMyStickers (the "Site"), at makemystickers.app and its sub-pages, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. License to use the Site

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for any lawful purpose, including printing and selling the sticker sheets you create with it. You don't need to credit MakeMyStickers on your output, though linking back is always appreciated.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the images, text, designs, and layouts you bring into the Site. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights to your content — see the Privacy Policy for details on how the tool operates locally in your browser.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use the images and text you put in. Don't upload material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or rights of publicity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

5. The tool is provided "as is"

The Site, all features, presets, templates, sticker pack, and any built-in assets are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We don't promise the Site will be error-free, available at any specific time, or compatible with every printer, paper, browser, or device.

Print results depend on your printer, paper, ink, browser, and operating system. We can't guarantee a specific physical outcome. Always do a test print on plain paper before committing to expensive sticker stock.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMyStickers and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

7. Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Amazon affiliate links to sticker paper, printers, and supplies). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Following those links is at your own discretion. See the Privacy Policy for details on how affiliate links work.

8. Built-in icons and sticker pack

The Site includes a library of built-in SVG icons (from the Lucide open-source icon set, ISC license) and a library of WebP sticker art created for the Site. You may use these in the sticker sheets you create and print, including for commercial projects. You may not separately redistribute the icon or sticker libraries themselves as a standalone collection.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change would materially reduce your rights, we'll make the change visible on the homepage for a reasonable period before it takes effect.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Site at any time — close the tab and you're done. We can also restrict access to the Site (in whole or in part) at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms: hello@makemystickers.app.

These Terms are provided for transparency and to set expectations. They are not a substitute for legal advice. If you have a specific legal question — especially around commercial printing, intellectual property, or large-scale resale — consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
