Who we are

MakeMyStickers (the "Site," "we," "us") operates the free, browser-based sticker sheet maker at makemystickers.app. Contact: hello@makemystickers.app.

What we don't collect

We do not operate an application server that receives your sticker designs, uploaded images, labels, addresses, or saved layouts. Concretely:

• No account system. There is no signup, no login, no user profile.
• No image uploads to us. Images you drop into the tool stay in your browser's memory as blob URLs. They are never transmitted to a server we operate.
• No collection of text labels. The labels and addresses you type stay client-side.
• No analytics on user content. We don't log what designs you make.
• No email harvesting. The only email address tied to us is the contact one above, which we read when you write to it.

Note that loading any web page necessarily reveals technical information — your IP address, user-agent, referring page, and the URL you requested — to whoever serves it. In our case that's Cloudflare (see hosting and analytics below).

What is stored locally on your device

The tool uses your browser's localStorage to remember a few preferences across visits. These stay on your device and are not transmitted to us:

• Whether you've dismissed in-app notices.
• UI preferences set by current or future features.

Saved layout files

If you use the Save button to download a layout as a JSON file, that file is created on your device and we never see it. Saved layout JSON files may include your uploaded images and text labels (inlined as data URLs) so the layout can be restored. If you share that file with someone, the recipient will be able to see those contents. Treat the file like any document containing the images and text you put in it.

Share links and URL state

When you change settings in the tool, those settings (grid size, paper, mode, text content, etc.) are written to the page URL via the browser's history API so the URL can be shared or bookmarked. Anything you type into the text-labels area is therefore present in the URL. URLs are visible to your browser, your network, the hosting provider that serves the page, and anyone you share the link with. Uploaded images are never put in the URL.

Cookies and third-party services

Although we don't set tracking cookies of our own, three third-party services on the site may set cookies in your browser. You can review or disable cookies in your browser's settings at any time, and clearing cookies will not affect the tool's functionality.

Google AdSense (advertising)

We display ads via Google AdSense. Google uses cookies (such as _gads, _gac, and DoubleClick cookies) to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to collect and communicate ad-consent choices in line with the GDPR and the EU ePrivacy Directive. You'll see a consent prompt on your first visit asking whether to allow personalized advertising. If you decline, AdSense will serve non-personalized ads, which don't rely on profile cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Amazon Associates (affiliate links)

The sidebar of the main tool contains links to printers, sticker paper, and supplies on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, Amazon sets its own cookies on amazon.com to track the referral. Amazon's cookies are governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice. The tool works identically whether or not you click these links.

Cloudflare (hosting & security)

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Loading the page reveals your IP address, user-agent, and the URL requested to Cloudflare as part of normal HTTP traffic. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies such as __cf_bm for bot management and cf_clearance for security challenges. These are required to load the page safely and do not track you across unrelated sites. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (traffic measurement)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-preserving site traffic measurement (page views, country-level geography, browser type, referrer). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and does not fingerprint visitors. It is used to understand which pages are popular and how the tool is performing. Cloudflare's handling of analytics data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Your rights

If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we don't operate a database of user data, we don't hold any personal data on our side — but you can manage advertising consent and cookies via the in-page consent prompt on your first visit, the Cookie settings link in the footer, Google's ad-personalization controls, or your browser settings. If you're in California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Third-party advertising on this site may be considered "sharing" or "cross-context behavioral advertising" under California law. You can opt out via the in-page consent prompt, the Cookie settings link in the footer, your browser controls, Google's ad-personalization settings, or the industry tools at aboutads.info/choices.

You can email hello@makemystickers.app with any privacy questions, regardless of jurisdiction.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we'll delete it. Because there is no account system, no personal information is ever stored on our end.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tool evolves or as legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted here and, when reasonable, surfaced on the homepage. We don't have your email, so we can't notify you directly — please check this page if it matters to you.
