Guides
Sticker printing guides for better home prints.
These guides cover the practical parts that happen after the design is ready: paper choice, printer settings, alignment, waterproofing, and common label-sheet formats.
Quick answers
Best first test: print on plain paper at 100% scale, place it behind a label sheet, and hold both up to a light. If the boxes line up, print on the expensive sheet.
Best beginner sticker paper: full-sheet matte inkjet sticker paper is forgiving, cheap, and easy to cut. Glossy paper looks sharper but needs more drying time and the right printer setting.
Best waterproof starting point: printable vinyl plus a clear laminate sheet gives more reliable water resistance than paper alone. Always test before selling or gifting anything that might get wet.

The guides are written to work with the free sticker maker. Start with the general sticker sheet maker, or use a focused page such as Avery 5160 labels, address labels, round labels, place cards, or name tags.
