Print 2×4 shipping labels at home on Avery 5163 sheets. 10 per sheet. No signup, no watermark. Why? →
Free Shipping Label Maker is a browser-based tool for printing shipping and mailing labels at home. Type a recipient address, paste a list of orders, or import a CSV with separate name, street, city, state, and ZIP columns. The default preset matches Avery 5163 / 8163. 2" × 4" labels, 10 per US Letter sheet. Printed with exact die-cut geometry so every address sits inside its label. Need return-address labels too? Switch to the Avery 5160 30-up or Avery 5167 80-up preset and tile a single address across the whole sheet. It's ideal for Etsy, eBay, and Shopify sellers, small businesses, holiday card mailings, and anyone shipping a stack of packages. Auto-fit sizing keeps long multi-line addresses from overflowing, and your data stays in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server.
For most home and small-business shipping, use Avery 5163 (laser) or 8163 (inkjet). 2" × 4" labels, 10 per US Letter sheet. That is the default preset here and it prints with exact die-cut geometry so each address lands inside its label. The same size also covers Avery 5263, 5963, 8463, and 15163. For oversized parcel labels, Avery 5164 is 3⅓" × 4" (6-up) and Avery 5126 is a 5½" × 8½" half sheet (2-up). Use the 6-up and 2-up presets in the sidebar for those layouts.
Type or import your addresses, keep the Avery 5163 preset selected, then click Print / Save PDF. In the browser print dialog set scale to exactly 100% (not "Fit to page") and turn off headers and footers. Load a sheet of 2" × 4" labels and print. There is no signup, no watermark, and no per-label fee. The whole tool runs in your browser.
Yes. Use Import CSV and map columns like Name, Street, City, State, ZIP, and Country. Each row becomes one printable shipping label, formatted across multiple lines. This is the fastest way to print a full batch of orders. Export the address list from your store or spreadsheet, import it, and print 10 labels per sheet.
It works for the address labels on your packages, not for carrier postage. Export your order addresses to a CSV, import them here, and print recipient labels on Avery 5163 sheets. For prepaid postage with tracking, buy the shipping label through the marketplace or carrier, then use this tool for return-address labels, packing-slip labels, and thank-you stickers that go on the same parcel.
Switch to the Avery 5160 preset (30-up, 1" × 2⅝") or Avery 5167 preset (80-up, ½" × 1¾"), type your return address once, and set Fill mode to Tile / repeat so it fills the whole sheet. Print a sheet of return labels and a sheet of recipient labels from the same tool, then apply both to each package.
The most common home and small-business shipping label is 2" × 4" (Avery 5163, 10 per sheet). Enough room for a full multi-line recipient address. Larger formats are 3⅓" × 4" (Avery 5164, 6-up) and the 4" × 6" thermal label used by carrier-integrated label printers. Pick the size that fits your package face and the labels you already own.
No. This tool is built for ordinary inkjet and laser printers using die-cut label sheets, so any home printer works. A thermal label printer (Rollo, Brother, or similar) is convenient for high-volume 4" × 6" carrier labels, but it is not required. Most sellers shipping a handful of orders a day do fine printing 10 labels per Avery sheet.
No. Typed addresses, pasted lists, and imported CSV files stay in your browser. The page is static, so there is no account, no database, and no server-side storage of recipient or return addresses. Close the tab and the data is gone.
